About me

I’m currently working at Outfit7, where my team and I update the My Talking Tom and Friends games—played by millions of kids every day. The games are built in a proprietary engine called Starlite, using both C++ and C#.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Ljubljana, which gave me a strong foundation in both software engineering and mathematical thinking. While my main background is in game development, I’m also deeply curious about other areas of computer science. I pick up new domain knowledge quickly when needed—whether for work or side projects. One of those was Algorhythmo, a custom-built sound processor for cajon, which we developed with two friends. Overall, I love learning, solving hard problems, and understanding how things really work under the hood.

My career path

May 2023 - Present

Game developer

Outfit7

Contributing to regular updates for My Talking Tom 2, My Talking Angela 2, and My Talking Tom and Friends—games enjoyed by millions of users daily. Served as lead developer on several features, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high code quality. Recognized by my colleagues as Employee of the Month after just a few months on the team.

April 2025

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics

University of Ljubljana

I especially enjoyed the mathematical side of my studies—it sharpened my analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. For my thesis, I implemented MSDF font rendering, which allows for high-quality font scaling without loss of detail.

2023 - Present

Mobile app and firmware developer

Algorhythmo (previously OnStage)

Developed an award-winning prototype of a cajon sound processor that analyzes strokes and overlays them with real drum sounds in real time. I was responsible for the firmware as well as the mobile app that connects to the device.

July 2022 - May 2023

Unity developer

INEOR

Developed many side projects and learned a lot about game development.

Zompocalypse FPS

Zompocalypse FPS is the largest and most complex game I've developed solo.
I worked on it for about a year, using Unity3D alongside tools like Blender, Photoshop, and Audacity.
It's a first-person shooter where you must defend against waves of zombies, search for a cure, and ultimately escape the infected city.

Bellow you can try the game or find the source code.

Game projects

Planet FPS

Planet FPS is a game that I made together with a couple of students for a course at university. It is multiplayer but it needs a server that is running sockets.

City Builder

A city building game where you build roads and place cars that drive around and stop at red lights.

Terrain Generator

A tool for creating procedurally generated terrain in the Unity editor. You can try out the terrain I created or clone the project and create your own!

Space Shooter

A simple game that I recently made in only 7 days for a job interview. The assets are not mine, but all of the code of course is :)

Super Grandpa

This is a game I created in a team on my first game jam: Global Game Jam 2020. We created this in a weekend.
